If I could rate 10 stars for service, I would rate 10. Great dining experience. The restaurant crew were excellent at their job. Would highly recommend this Tony Roma’s branch. Make sure to sign up for member to redeem free cake on your birthday month!

Had a fantastic dining experience at Tony Roma’s! The food was delicious as always – juicy ribs, flavorful sides, and everything served fresh and hot. What made it extra special was the amazing service by Firdaus. He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated his warm attitude and professionalism. Will definitely come back again – highly recommended!

Is a nice place to have western food and cozy too. Food is average but acceptable. Staff service great keep it up. Location at Melawati mall and spacious. Tips: Be their members then there are free goodies like soup and also cake on your birthday.

Delicious food with generous portions… I ordered the chicken tenders with fries, couldn’t even finish it and ended up packing it to go. The staff member named Firdaus was incredibly helpful—from the moment our group arrived until we finished eating, he kept checking in to make sure everything was okay.

Love the ribeye steak & sirloin steak so much that we ordered that every single time we dine in at TR.. overall everything is great except for the waiting time before the food is served.. i have to wait typically 25 minutes to 45 minutes.. other than that i have no complain because the staff is attentive & nice.. so far i did not experience any uncomfortable situation at TR.. all is well & good..
